About the foundation reading

Your Human Design journey begins with a foundation reading. This foundation reading is a deep overview of your design, and cover lots of information. It is an essential step in knowing your design and experimenting living according to it.

Details about the Reading

This 90-minutes session covers the profound foundation of your design:

• Type and its Strategy- your natural flow, personal interaction, and the signposts to know when you are on/off track.
• Inner Authority - how your decision making process works.
• Definition - the reliable resources within you- your gifts and qualities that are fixed in you.
• Openness - your challenges, and the potential for awareness and wisdom.
• Profile - what is your role and how it is played out in your life.
• Including time for questions, sharing and discussion.

Considerations before your reading:

• Requires your Birth information- date, time of birth, and place.
• This reading covers lots of information in a short time. You may want to consider an In-Depth Reading – a thorough two-part reading  - for a deeper understanding of your design, the way your true nature is here to navigate in the world, and how your mind may stand in your way. This two-part reading also gives you guidance, so you are anchored in your experiment.
• The foundation reading is required for any advanced reading, guidance sessions, partnership reading, cycle readings, you may want to do. It also fulfill the prerequisite for any further training in any IHDS certified program.

Additional Information

Sessions are managed and recorded online using Zoom, which requires access to a computer or tablet with microphone, video camera, and a strong internet connection. You may record the session in video and audio format or recordings can be sent to you afterward. Session recordings are for private and personal use only. Once you have booked your session, you will receive an email confirmation with a form to fill out your birth data. Once form is submitted you will receive an email to schedule your appointment time.  Appointments are usually available within 1-3 weeks of booking.
